Bleublanc, when will your mysteries end?
Editor Note: This is more of a submitted observation than a submitted theory, but we don’t really have a category for that.
So a few days ago I was browsing through the Kiseki Wiki, and I found myself on Bleublanc’s Page. I scrolled through until I reached his “weapons” section, but there something caught my eye.
One of his final weapons is named “Nobless Oblige”. Now which character strongly believes in the idea of Nobless Oblige, and the duties of a noble?
Ah, yes, Jusis Albarea. It’s such a big point for him in fact that his Bonding Event Trophy in the first game is named as such, and he says to Rean that he wants him to embrace those ideas.
But then why would an ideal strongly tied to Jusis also be the name of one of Bleublanc’s weapons, especially as the two have virtually no connection to each other? It’s unlikely to be coincidence, since Akatsuki no Kiseki (the only game in which Bleublanc’s weapons are listed) wasn’t released until long after Jusis was introduced. The fact that Bleublanc’s first introduced in Cold Steel in Bareahard is something, but that’s about it.
I haven’t got anything strong yet, but who knows what Cold Steel IV May reveal, if anything at all?
